A collaboration with Red Duck Distillery we take the spent botanicals from their Queen of the Desert gin run a blend of Kakadu Plum, Finger Limes, Cassia Bark, Rosella Flowers, and Davidson Plum to which we process them to produce a heavenly scented citrus flavoured salt that is great to rim a cocktail glass or to use to cook with on chicken, fish, prawns and the roast pork. The flavour is unlike anything else on the market.
